Gwen Draude-Woolverton
Yoga Teacher
The Earth & I share a special connection.
Growing up in small town Saskatchewan; life was enjoyed barefoot- in green grass & mud during summer, and building snow angels during winter.
Cultivating & nurturing a deep appreciation for nature was ingrained as a way of life as a child, and through my adult years this respect continues to grow even deeper.
Being aware of the similarities between your body, mind & spirit that parallel those of the elements of the earth - yoga is transformed into a lifestyle of rhythm & harmony.
Listen to your body, just as you would listen to the birds above, or the trickling creek below - without judgement or worry - simply find what you need to bloom & blossom. Find peace & tranquility in everyday life, and take joy in each moment.
